Christine is based in Lincoln and travels throughout Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire treating animals using McTimoney Animal Manipulation.

Christine has always been interested in animal health and welfare and has carried on this interest into her choice of career. She was awarded a first class honours degree in Animal Science (Behaviour Studies) from De Montfort University in 2002. She then completed research into using statistical equations to predict the occurrence of idiopathic canine epilepsy in Keeshond dogs, before taking a two year postgraduate course in animal manipulation at the McTimoney College (University of Wales). This animal manipulation course is the only one of its kind in Europe which is externally validated and is developed in conjunction with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.

While studying, Christine worked on horse yards and in dog kennels and completed British Horse Society qualifications. She also undertook a course in Canine Sports Massage with the Association of Merishia Therapists. She plans to gain further qualifications soon in equine massage, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release and acupressure techniques.
